The company therefore carefully selected a team of competent, loyal, action driven and honest individuals to drive the affairs of the company towards the achievement of its goals. Below is a list of House of Quist Management team:

Kafui A. A. Salford

Chief Executive Officer

Kafui A. A. Salford is the Chief Executive Officer of House of Quist and an astute business woman who sees opportunities in every situation. With over 20 years' experience managing successful businesses, Kafui, possesses exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage companies with large staff strength. She is multi-talented with work experience that cuts across Human Resource Management, Administration, Marketing, Finance and logistics, and export management among others.

Prior to heading the House of Quist team, Kafui worked as the General Manager of City Facilities Management Limited and House of Salford Limited as Chief Executive Officer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Business Administration from Griggs University, Michigan USA and an MBA in Business Administration from London College, UK. Kafui also studied CIMA at the London City College, UK and is currently a member of the Ghana Institute of Safety and Environmental Professionals.

Elorm Kofi Kutsienyo

Head, Risk Management

Elorm is in charge of risk management at House of Quist and has remarkable experience in handling due diligence, business intelligence gathering and security issues. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Information Systems, Advanced Diploma in Network Administration (CCNA) and a Diploma in Hardware Engineering. Before joining House of Quist, Elorm worked with Mericom Solutions and has consulted for a number of companies. Currently, Elorm manages our team in the Gulf region.

Esi Mawuli Adeku

Director / Product Manager

Esi is the product manager and director of exports for House of Quist. Prior to joining our team, Esi worked as Export Manager for House of Salford where she managed the export of products to their international clientele. She has been instrumental in the development of innovative strategies that significantly increased the size and market share of the company. Esi studied at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She combines professionalism, teamwork, and strict adherence to standards and requirements to ensure the company achieves its product quality and export goals.

Phyllis Asiedu

Head, Human Resources

Phyllis Asiedu is an innovative and solution driven Human Resource professional. She holds an MBA (Human Resource Management) from the University of Ghana. She also studied Management at the Valley View University, Accra. Phyllis is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Professionals, Ghana, where she studied the Professional Certification Programme (PCP) to become an Associate member. Phyllis started her career at Intercontinental Wapic Insurance (now Wapic Insurance) as an insurance underwriter/marketer. She later worked at Standard Chartered Bank, Wintrack Homes, Educational Assessment and Research Centre, and Gem Prime (Consulting) Limited. Her roles ranged from training, managing human resources, leading project teams to HR consulting. Phyllis has a wealth of experience in business consulting and Human Resource Management.

Seth Benson

Head, Marketing

Seth is an astute marketing and brand management consultant with over 20 years experience managing superior brands. He is bilingual and happens to have worked in many Francophone countries including France, Cameroon, Togo, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast among others. He is the founder of Concepteur Global Limited. Seth joined House of Quist with an intent to make the company achieve its goal of being international. In Ghana he has consulted for Vodafon Ghana Limited and Fan Milk Ghana Limited.

Abraham Okai

Quantity Surveyor and Finance Manager

Abraham is a quantity surveyor by profession and a rare talent when it comes to financial management. He has several years of experience working in the fields of finance and real estate development. Abraham holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, Ghana, and read a Bachelor of Science degree, Accounting option at the University of Ghana. Abraham is also a professional Associate of the Ghana Institute of Surveyors. Before joining House of Quist. Abraham worked at Royal House, W.K Nyako & Associate and Supreme Builders doing quantity surveying. He also worked at other companies as a contract manager.

Frank Ziggy Ametepe

Electrical Engineer

Frank manages all electrical engineering projects at House of Quist. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to joining our team, Frank worked as an electrical engineer at the Electricity Company of Ghana, and Euro Foods. Having done a number of projects such as the Genesis Estate, Equator Foods, Uni Precision all on the Spintex road, Accra, as well as Acon Town Houses at East Legon among others, Frank combines knowledge with unrivaled experience to achieve only the best in his work.

Michael Nyormishie

PARTNER/HEAD MEDICAL SUPPLIES

Michael Nyormishie is a Partner and the Head of our Medicals Supplies Department, driving innovation into our Medical Equipment and Accessories. He is working on various projects within the Greater Accra Region through visibility studies and marketing of the Neutron Products to the various Medical Centers. His experience in Data Keeping and knowledge of the various Medical Equipment & Accessories Industry makes him one of our valued members. He studied at University for Development Studies, Wa in the field of Economics and Entrepreneurship Development Option. He is the Country Manager of Neutron West Africa Company Ltd and also worked as a Document Controller in Trags Electrical Engineering & Air Conditioning Co. in Doha, Qatar.
